Watch the video below for a quick walkthrough.
Steps
Open Flipper Perps and go to Positions.
Find the position you want to close and select Close.
Choose how much of the position to close:
a partial amount;
or 100% to close the full position.
Review the estimated close details, including:
close size;
estimated PnL;
estimated fees;
remaining position size.
Select Close Position.
Confirm the transaction in your wallet.
Wait while Flipper processes the close.
Expected result
After a partial close, the remaining position stays open with a smaller size.
After a full close, the position is removed from Positions and the realized result is reflected in your trading balance.
Keep enough SOL in your wallet for Solana network fees.
The final realized PnL and execution price may differ from the estimate shown before confirmation because of market movement, fees, slippage, funding, and venue execution.
If you already confirmed the close in your wallet, do not submit another close until the first transaction and position status have been checked.
If it doesn’t work
Check that:
your wallet is connected and unlocked;
you have enough SOL for the network fee;
the market and execution venue are currently available;
your wallet is not waiting for confirmation.
If the close was already submitted but the position still appears open, do not retry immediately. Check the first transaction status and contact Flipper Support if needed.
