Watch the video below for a quick walkthrough.
Before you start
Make sure your wallet is connected, your trading balance has enough collateral, and you have enough SOL for Solana network fees.
Higher leverage increases both potential gains and potential losses and increases liquidation risk.
Steps
Open Flipper Perps and select the market you want to trade.
Choose:
Long if you expect the price to rise;
Short if you expect the price to fall.
Select your order type.
In this example, Market is used.Enter the Margin and select your Leverage.
If needed, set Take Profit, Stop Loss, and Max Slippage.
Review the execution route and Summary, including the position size, estimated fees, liquidation price, and available collateral.
Select Open Long or Open Short.
Review the final confirmation and select Confirm.
Approve the transaction in your wallet.
Expected result
After the order is executed, the new position appears under Positions.
A Market Order executes using the available market price. The final execution price may differ from the price shown before confirmation because of market movement and slippage.
Keep enough SOL in your wallet for Solana network fees, even if your Flipper trading balance has enough collateral.
If you already approved or submitted the transaction, do not submit the same order again until the first attempt has been checked.
If it doesn’t work
Check that:
your wallet is connected and unlocked;
you have enough available collateral;
you have enough SOL for network fees;
an execution route is available;
your wallet is not waiting for confirmation.
If an error appears, take a screenshot or screen recording.
