How to Withdraw Funds from Flipper V2

Withdraw available funds from your Flipper V2 Trading Account back to your connected wallet.

Your full Trading Balance may not always be available to withdraw.
Open positions, pending orders, PnL, and account risk requirements can reduce the amount shown as Available to withdraw.

Steps

  1. Connect the wallet linked to your Flipper V2 Trading Account.

  2. Open Withdraw from the trading interface or from Portfolio.

  3. Select the supported network you want to withdraw through.

  4. Select the asset.

  5. Check the destination wallet address.

  6. Enter the amount you want to withdraw.

  7. Review the amount shown as Available to withdraw.

  8. Review the asset, network, destination, amount, and any fee shown in the interface.

  9. Confirm the withdrawal.

  10. Approve the wallet request if prompted.

  11. Wait for the withdrawal to be processed and confirmed by the network.

Do not submit another withdrawal if the first one appears delayed, failed, or is not yet visible in the interface.
First check the original transaction status, your Trading Balance, and the destination wallet balance.

Expected result

Once the withdrawal is completed:

  • the withdrawn amount is deducted from your Trading Balance;

  • the funds are sent to the connected destination wallet;

  • the withdrawal appears in your account activity or Portfolio;

  • the destination wallet balance updates after network confirmation.

Processing time may vary depending on the selected network.

Why is my withdrawable amount lower than my balance?

Your full account value is not always immediately withdrawable.

The available amount can be reduced by:

  • margin supporting open positions;

  • margin reserved for pending orders;

  • current profit or loss;

  • unsettled PnL;

  • account risk requirements.

Closing a position does not always mean that the full account value becomes withdrawable immediately. The account may need time to update or settle before the funds become available.

If it doesn’t work

Try these checks:

  1. Make sure the correct wallet is connected.

  2. Check that the destination wallet address is correct.

  3. Check the amount shown as Available to withdraw.

  4. Make sure the selected network and asset are supported by the current withdrawal interface.

  5. Check whether your wallet is waiting for a confirmation.

  6. Check your Trading Balance and withdrawal history.

  7. Check whether the destination wallet has already received the funds.

  8. If the withdrawal is still pending or an error appears, take a screenshot or screen recording.

Do not repeat the withdrawal until the first attempt has been checked.

If the issue continues, contact Flipper Support through Live Chat or Discord Support Ticket.

Security

Flipper will never ask for your seed phrase, private key, recovery phrase, or verification codes.
